1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer multiple shipping options to accommodate your needs, whether you’re ordering a special gift or treating yourself. Once your order is placed, you can choose the shipping method that best suits your timeline.
- Standard Shipping (Domestic): 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (Domestic): 2-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping (Domestic): 1 business day (available for select items)
For international orders, we offer:
- International Standard Shipping: 10-15 business days
- International Expedited Shipping: 5-7 business days
Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the destination, customs procedures, and other factors outside of our control. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, and we currently only ship to the United States and select international countries.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method you select and the destination of the package. For domestic orders, shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase. International shipping charges will also be shown during checkout.
Domestic Shipping Fees:
- Standard Shipping: Free for orders over $100; otherwise, a flat fee of $7.99
- Expedited Shipping: $19.99
- Overnight Shipping: $29.99
International Shipping Fees:
- Standard Shipping: $15.99 (varies by destination)
- Expedited Shipping: $39.99 (varies by destination)
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Please allow additional time for order processing during peak seasons, such as holidays or special promotions. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your package through the carrier’s website. 5. Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, military APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote areas. Additionally, please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
While we take every precaution to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition, we understand that issues may arise during transit. We recommend that you inspect your package upon arrival to ensure everything is in good condition. If the item is damaged, take photos of the packaging and item before contacting us.
7. Shipping to Multiple Addresses
Currently, we can only ship to one address per order. If you wish to send items to multiple addresses, you will need to place separate orders for each destination.
